Algonney Terms of Use

Last Updated: May 21, 2026

Effective Date: May 21, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Algonney platform and services, including the website, web apps, APIs, software, documentation, content, and any related offerings (collectively, the "Platform" or "Algonney," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Age & Legal Compliance. You must be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to contract, and comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in your jurisdiction.

Accompanying Documents

These Terms are supplemented by the following documents, which are incorporated by reference:

Order of Precedence. In the event of a conflict between documents, the order of precedence is: (1) product-specific flow notices and screens shown at the point of action; (2) the specific policy applicable to the feature (e.g., Wallet & Payment Terms for wallet actions); (3) these Terms of Use; (4) marketing copy, advertisements, promotional materials, social media posts, or affiliate content. Marketing and promotional materials do not create binding obligations beyond these Terms.

1What Algonney Provides

1.1 Software Tools Only. Algonney provides automation and analytics software for cryptocurrency trading. Algonney is not a broker, exchange, bank, custodian, money transmitter, investment adviser, portfolio manager, or tax adviser. Nothing on the Platform is personalized financial, investment, tax, legal, or other professional advice. You make all trading decisions and bear all results.

1.2 Services. Algonney offers a suite of tools, including:

  • Trading Bots — Automated algorithms that place orders on your connected exchange accounts according to parameters you configure.
  • Signal Generation — Alerts about potential market opportunities. No guarantee of accuracy, latency, or profitability.
  • Portfolio Management — Consolidated balances, PnL, positions, and performance analytics from your linked exchanges.
  • Backtesting — Simulations of strategies on historical data. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
  • Compound Calculator — Hypothetical projections only; not a promise of returns.
  • Tournaments — Competitive trading events subject to separate Tournament Rules.
  • Strategy Marketplace — Sharing, discovering, and copying strategies and bot templates created by other users.
  • Referral & Affiliate Program — Subject to separate Referral, Affiliate & Reward Terms.
  • Wallet & Payment Features — Internal wallet balances, deposits, withdrawals, Algonney Pay, and token purchases, subject to separate Wallet & Payment Terms.

You remain solely responsible for selection, configuration, and monitoring of any strategy, signal, or bot. No outcome is guaranteed.

2Regulatory Status

2.1 No Registration. Algonney is not registered or licensed as a broker, dealer, investment adviser, portfolio manager, exchange, financial institution, or crypto-asset service provider in any jurisdiction. No regulator has reviewed or approved the Platform.

2.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions. The Platform is not intended for use in any jurisdiction where offering, accessing, or using crypto trading automation, signals, wallet/payment functionality, referrals, rewards, or related services would require registration, licensing, authorization, or approval that Algonney does not hold. We may restrict, block, suspend, or modify access by country, region, IP address, residency, exchange, feature type, user status, or regulatory requirement. You may not use VPNs, proxies, Tor, location-spoofing tools, false residency declarations, or any other means to circumvent geographic or jurisdictional restrictions.

2.3 EU / MiCA Risk Note. If you are in the European Union, you acknowledge that crypto-asset services may be subject to the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA) and other EU consumer protection laws. Algonney does not hold a MiCA authorization. Use of the Platform by EU residents does not imply MiCA compliance. We may disable, restrict, or block access to crypto-asset services, promotions, wallet/payment features, rewards, referral programs, automation features, or any other functionality for EU users where required by MiCA or applicable EU law, without compensation or prior notice.

2.4 US / Canada / UK Restricted Use. Residents or citizens of the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom may have limited or no access to certain features due to regulatory restrictions. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use is permitted. UK users may not receive financial promotions, incentives, rewards, bonus offers, or certain features unless such communications comply with FCA crypto financial promotion rules (fair, clear, and not misleading) and applicable law. We may restrict promotions and features for UK users without compensation.

2.5 Professional Advice. You should consult local legal, tax, and financial professionals before using the Platform. You acknowledge that you are using an unregulated software tool.

3Accounts, Security, and API Keys

3.1 Account Registration. Provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

3.2 Exchange Connections via API. You connect your own exchange accounts by providing API keys from supported exchanges (Binance, Bybit, OKX, and others as supported). Two-factor authentication is required before connecting, updating, or deleting exchange API keys. You must keep exchange API keys read/trade-only and disable withdrawal permissions.

3.3 Exchange Trading Accounts — No Custody. For connected exchange accounts, Algonney does not take custody of assets. Do not enable withdrawal permissions on exchange API keys. Algonney requires read and trade permissions only. Your funds remain in your exchange accounts at all times for these connections. Algonney cannot withdraw, transfer, or custody exchange assets.

3.4 Algonney Wallet / Payment Features. If the Platform offers wallet balances, deposits, withdrawals, tokens, credits, payment processing, or Algonney Pay features, those features are governed by the separate Wallet & Payment Terms. Wallet balances may represent account credits, pending payment records, or other supported balances as described in the applicable product flow. Displayed wallet and payment balances are provisional until reconciled and may be corrected, reversed, frozen, or clawed back to reflect the true ledger state after settlement, reconciliation, error correction, or dispute resolution. Algonney may delay, reject, review, reverse, or require verification for deposits or withdrawals where required for fraud prevention, sanctions, AML, technical, or legal reasons.

3.5 API Key Security. Your API keys are your responsibility. Algonney cannot detect if your keys were leaked, stolen, phished, exposed on other websites, compromised through infected devices, or otherwise compromised outside our systems. We use commercially reasonable security measures, including encryption and access controls where appropriate, but no system is perfectly secure. You remain responsible for exchange API permissions, revoking compromised keys, and monitoring your exchange account directly. You must apply exchange-side IP whitelist restrictions where available, rotate API keys after any suspicious activity, and disable unused keys.

3.6 Your Security Duties. Use unique, strong passwords and 2FA on both Algonney and your exchanges. Revoke any compromised API keys immediately. Keep keys confidential and enter them only into the official Algonney interface.

3.7 Device and Session Security. You are responsible for your devices, PINs, sessions, browsers, authenticator apps, and mobile security. We may log out sessions, require step-up authentication, revoke tokens, or block devices for security reasons. Following a security incident, you must respond promptly to security verification requests, rotate compromised credentials, and cooperate with incident investigation. Your account may be restricted until security verification is complete.

3.8 Account Access & Recovery. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email, 2FA device, and login credentials. Account recovery is not guaranteed and may require verification steps.

3.9 Deposit and Withdrawal Risk. Deposits sent to the wrong network or blockchain, with incorrect memo/tag, in unsupported assets or tokens, below minimum dust thresholds, or to wrong addresses are at your risk and may be permanently lost. Blockchain reorganizations, provider delays, congestion, and third-party gateway issues may affect transaction timing and finality. Irreversible transfers cannot be recovered by Algonney.

By linking an exchange, you confirm you own or are authorized to use that account and assets, and you authorize Algonney to place orders only in accordance with your configuration. You must not trade on behalf of third parties, pool funds with others, manage third-party assets through the Platform, or use Algonney as an investment manager or trading agent for others unless expressly approved in writing by Algonney.

4Identity Verification (KYC)

Algonney may, at any time, request identity verification. Verification may be required before deposits, withdrawals, refunds, high-risk trading activity, account recovery, reward settlement, affiliate payouts, plan changes, admin-reviewed actions, or continued access to certain features.

Failure to complete requested verification may result in restricted access, withheld transactions, or termination of your account.

5Sanctions, AML, and Prohibited Persons

5.1 Prohibited Persons. You may not use the Platform if you are subject to sanctions, located in or ordinarily resident in a restricted jurisdiction, acting on behalf of a sanctioned person, or using the Platform to evade sanctions, AML controls, exchange restrictions, or law enforcement restrictions.

5.2 Screening. We may screen users, wallet addresses, transactions, devices, IP addresses, exchange accounts, payment methods, and counterparties. We may block, freeze, reject, reverse, or report activity where required or reasonably suspected to involve sanctions, money laundering, fraud, terrorist financing, stolen funds, market abuse, or unlawful activity.

5.3 Restricted Countries. You may not use Algonney if you are located in, or are a resident of, any country subject to comprehensive sanctions, including but not limited to: Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, or any region restricted by OFAC, EU, or UN sanctions.

Algonney reserves the right to block access where required by law or compliance obligations.

6Risk Disclosure

A detailed risk disclosure is provided in the separate Risk Disclosure document. By using Algonney, you acknowledge the following key risks:

6.1 Market Risk. Cryptoassets are highly volatile and speculative. Prices move quickly; slippage, gaps, and liquidity constraints occur. You may lose part or all of your investment.

6.2 No Guaranteed Results. Backtests and past results are not predictive.

6.3 Configuration Risk. Misconfigurations (e.g., position sizing, TP/SL, leverage) can cause unintended trades or losses.

6.4 Technical Risk. Internet outages, API changes or throttling, exchange downtime, latency, software bugs, and data delays can affect signals, orders, or displays.

6.5 Automated Trading Risk. Automated trading carries significant risk. Bots may fail to open or close positions, open unintended trades, misfire due to latency, experience duplicated orders, or submit incorrect parameters.

6.6 Leverage & Liquidation Risk. Trading with leverage is extremely risky. Exchanges may liquidate your positions partially or fully without notice. Algonney does not control leverage settings, margin requirements, funding payments, or liquidation engines on any exchange.

6.7 Exchange-Specific Behavior. Order types, margin modes, leverage, reduce-only behavior, stop orders, liquidation, supported symbols, API permissions, rate limits, and data availability vary by exchange. A feature shown on Algonney may not be available, reliable, or identical on every exchange.

6.8 Execution Results. Orders may be filled partially, rejected, delayed, cancelled, duplicated by exchange behavior, rounded to exchange precision, executed at a worse price, or converted/fallback to market execution depending on your configuration, exchange rules, liquidity, latency, and risk controls.

6.9 Backtests, Simulations, and Paper Trading. Backtests, simulations, replays, paper trading, performance metrics, and projections may use incomplete, delayed, corrected, synthetic, estimated, or third-party data. They may not include all fees, slippage, liquidity, funding, order book depth, downtime, liquidation behavior, latency, failed orders, or exchange-specific constraints. Strategy Boost and optimization features may produce settings that are curve-fit, over-optimized, data-mined, or otherwise unsuitable for live trading. Optimized results do not guarantee or predict live performance.

You use Algonney at your own risk. Algonney is not liable for market movements, your decisions, or third-party failures.

7Platform Tokens, Credits, and Vouchers

Platform tokens, credits, vouchers, promo balances, or entitlements are not money, deposits, securities, crypto-assets, stored value, or transferable assets unless expressly stated. They may be used only inside the Platform for eligible features. They may expire, be revoked for fraud or abuse, and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law or expressly stated.

Reward Finality. All rewards, tokens, credits, discounts, affiliate commissions, referral bonuses, tournament prizes, and promotional entitlements are conditional and provisional until fully settled. They are not final and may be reversed, clawed back, adjusted, or cancelled if subject to dispute, chargeback, fraud review, abuse investigation, error, regulatory requirement, or terms violation. No reward creates a vested right until settlement is complete and all review periods have expired.

8User Strategies, Code, and Marketplace

8.1 User Strategies and Code. You are responsible for any strategy, script, indicator, parameter, template, or code you create, upload, run, copy, sell, or share. You represent that you have the rights to use it and that it does not contain malicious code, infringing material, market manipulation logic, or unlawful instructions. We may scan, restrict, disable, remove, or refuse execution of user code.

8.2 Marketplace and Templates. Marketplace strategies, templates, indicators, bot settings, public bots, and third-party content are provided for informational use only. Algonney may review, rank, remove, delist, or restrict content but does not guarantee profitability, safety, legality, accuracy, or suitability. You assume full responsibility for using any shared strategy or settings. Creators of marketplace content are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and truthfulness of their claims, screenshots, performance metrics, and user-facing descriptions, and for providing user support for their published content. Algonney may delist, restrict, or remove any creator content without notice.

8.3 Affiliate and Influencer Marketing Rules. Affiliates, referrers, influencers, and marketplace creators must not: (a) promise or guarantee profits, returns, or income; (b) present simulated, backtested, or hypothetical results as live or actual returns; (c) use fake, fabricated, or misleading screenshots, performance metrics, or testimonials; (d) omit mandatory risk disclosures when promoting the Platform; or (e) make claims that could be interpreted as financial advice. Violations may result in commission forfeiture, affiliate termination, content removal, and account suspension.

8.3 Bot Logic Updates. Algonney may update, modify, or improve the internal logic, code, or behavior of bots and strategies at any time. You are responsible for reviewing your bot configurations after updates.

9Risk Controls and Emergency Actions

We may apply risk controls, including blocking new trades, reduce-only mode, pausing bots, disabling strategies, freezing trade actions, cancelling pending actions, or initiating emergency-close workflows where supported and legally/technically available. These controls are not guaranteed to prevent losses. You have a duty to actively monitor your bots, test settings in safe environments before deployment, maintain sufficient exchange margin at all times, verify open orders directly on the exchange, and respond promptly to alerts. Emergency stop functionality is provided as a best-effort convenience and is not guaranteed to execute, be available, or prevent losses in all circumstances.

10Administrative Access

Authorized personnel may access, inspect, or conduct admin-assisted sessions (including account simulation for support and debugging), restrict, freeze, or modify account records where necessary for legitimate purposes including support, fraud prevention, security, compliance, incident response, debugging, account recovery, or legal obligations. Such access is logged, time-limited, purpose-restricted, and audited.

11Availability, Performance, and Data

11.1 As-Is / As-Available. The Platform may undergo maintenance, updates, interruptions, bugs, data delays, or errors. No uptime or performance warranty is provided.

11.2 System Glitches. Algonney is not responsible for losses from malfunctions, software errors, incorrect data display, failed or delayed orders, or other faults. We will use reasonable efforts to remedy material issues but do not offer compensation.

11.3 Data Accuracy. Market and account data are obtained from third-party sources (e.g., exchanges). Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We may correct, revise, reconcile, or restate displayed data, balances, wallet activity, PnL, candles, positions, trades, rewards, subscription status, or analytics if we detect errors, stale data, provider discrepancies, duplicate events, or system faults. System logs, audit trails, exchange responses, webhook records, IP and device data, and internal ledger records may be used as evidence to resolve disputes and are controlling over screenshots, cached pages, notifications, or exported reports. Internal system records after reconciliation and correction control over any previously displayed, exported, or cached data.

11.4 WebSocket Streams and Notifications. WebSocket streams, alerts, notifications, mobile/push/email/SMS/in-app messages, chart streams, price streams, and trade updates are convenience features only and may be delayed, duplicated, missing, stale, or unavailable.

11.5 Rate Limits & Quotas. We may enforce quotas and limits on API requests, orders, bots, active positions, websocket connections, storage, compute usage, data exports, backtests, notifications, and other resources. We reserve the right to queue, throttle, cancel, price differently, or reject computationally expensive jobs including backtests and strategy optimization. No compensation is provided for throttled, queued, or cancelled resource-intensive operations.

11.6 Your Setup. You are responsible for your device, OS, browser, security, and internet connectivity.

12Plan Capabilities and Feature Gating

Features, limits, quotas, supported exchanges, symbols, data ranges, bot counts, order limits, backtest ranges, tournament access, custom strategies, and support levels may vary by plan and may change over time. Plan caps are maximum allowed usage across all related accounts, devices, identities, wallets, and payment methods belonging to the same user. Circumventing plan limits by splitting usage across multiple accounts, identities, or payment methods is prohibited. See the Subscription & Refund Policy for details on plans and billing.

13Third-Party Exchanges, Providers, and Links

13.1 No Control Over Exchanges. We do not own or control exchanges. Their outages, maintenance, throttling, rejection of orders, or execution delays are outside our control.

13.2 API Limits & Changes. Exchanges may rate-limit or change APIs without notice, causing temporary incompatibility.

13.3 Third-Party Signals/Content. Where available, third-party signals or templates are used at your risk. We do not endorse or warrant them.

13.4 Fees. Exchange fees and third-party charges are your responsibility.

14Acceptable Use

Your use of the Platform is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. In summary, you agree not to:

  • Use Algonney for any unlawful purpose, sanctions evasion, money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or market manipulation — including but not limited to: wash trading, spoofing, layering, pump-and-dump schemes, quote stuffing, self-trading, coordinated trading with other users, exchange rule evasion, or leaderboard or tournament ranking manipulation.
  • Create fake accounts, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, reward farming, promo abuse, or use stolen credentials/payment methods.
  • Attempt unauthorized access, probe, or disrupt the Platform, accounts, or networks; circumvent security or rate limits.
  • Reverse engineer or misuse APIs; resell access without written consent.
  • Use bot scraping, CAPTCHA bypass, credential stuffing, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, wallet cycling, or account sharing.
  • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.

Tournament Integrity. Tournament participants must not collude, multi-account, share accounts, submit manipulated or fabricated trades, engage in self-referrals, generate fake exchange activity, or produce suspicious PnL. Violations may result in disqualification, prize clawback, reward reversal, and account suspension.

We may suspend or terminate access for suspected violations.

15Plans, Billing, Trials, and Refunds

Full billing terms are in the Subscription & Refund Policy. Key points:

15.1 Auto-Renewal. Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date shown at checkout or in account settings. By purchasing a recurring plan, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and renewal amounts until cancellation.

15.2 Cancellation. Cancellation must be available through the account interface or another method we identify. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges unless required by law or expressly stated.

15.3 Trials/Promos. Trial or promotional terms apply as stated; we may modify or end them.

15.4 Refunds. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. This includes subscription fees, trading losses, and tokens or credits once consumed, used, held, or captured for compute jobs including backtests, strategy boosts, and any started or queued operation.

15.5 Taxes. Taxes, where applicable, are your responsibility.

16Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support first where possible. We may suspend access for unresolved payment failures, abusive disputes, or fraudulent chargebacks. We will not treat a good-faith billing dispute as fraud solely because you contacted your payment provider. In cases of fraudulent chargebacks or abusive disputes, we reserve the right to: reverse all credits, rewards, tokens, or benefits obtained through the disputed transaction; pause withdrawals; deduct owed amounts from any balance; require identity verification; recover associated costs and fees; and restrict or terminate the account.

17AI-Assisted Features

Some features may use AI or third-party model providers to generate, classify, summarize, or assist with content. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for trading decisions. AI-generated content is not monitored in real time and may contain errors, hallucinations, or outdated information. Do not rely on AI output as financial advice or as a trade trigger unless you expressly accept the risk. Algonney is not liable for trading decisions made based on AI-generated content, and third-party model providers bear no responsibility for Platform outputs.

18Support Communications

You must not submit unlawful, abusive, confidential third-party, malicious, or infringing content through support, strategy, chat, notification, webhook, or upload features. We may retain and review support communications for security, compliance, and service improvement.

19Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which explains categories of data, purposes, legal bases where applicable, retention, sharing, security, and user rights.

Use of the Platform may involve processing account information, identity/verification information, exchange account metadata, API keys, trading history, wallet/payment records, device data, IP/location data, fraud signals, support communications, notifications, strategy code, and operational logs.

20Intellectual Property

Algonney and its content, code, designs, logos, and trademarks are owned by Algonney Technologies or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal or internal business trading automation. No other rights are granted. Do not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. You may provide feedback; we may use it without obligation or compensation.

21Beta / Experimental Features

We may offer experimental or beta features. They are provided as-is, may be disabled or changed at any time, and may be less reliable. Your use is at your own risk.

22Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

23Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

No Indirect Damages. Algonney, its owners, affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility.

Cap. In all cases, Algonney's aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees you paid to Algonney in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury, or gross negligence where such limitation is prohibited.

24Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Algonney and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or third-party right; or (d) your trading activity using the Platform.

25Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where we reasonably believe it is necessary for security, fraud prevention, payment failure, legal compliance, risk controls, abuse prevention, service integrity, or violation of these Terms. Where practical and legally permitted, we may provide notice.

You may stop using the Platform and, if applicable, cancel your plan at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations, indemnity, governing law) survive termination.

26Changes to the Platform or Terms

We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified (e.g., in-app or email) and will become effective no sooner than 7 days after notice, except changes for new features or legal reasons may take effect immediately. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

27Taxes and Reporting

Algonney does not provide tax advice, tax calculations, or official tax reports. Any PnL, balances, analytics, or historical data shown on the Platform may be incomplete, inaccurate, or insufficient for tax filing.

You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying all taxes associated with your trading activity. Algonney is not liable for incorrect filings, penalties, audits, or tax obligations. You must verify any data exports or reports from the Platform against your own exchange records and other sources. Algonney reports and analytics are informational only and may be incomplete or inaccurate for tax purposes.

28Translations

If these Terms are translated, the English version controls unless applicable law requires otherwise.

29Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Venue. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Beirut, Lebanon, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.

Arbitration / No Class Actions. At our election, disputes may be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the Lebanese Arbitration and Mediation Center (LAMC) under its rules, on an individual basis. Class, collective, and representative actions are waived.

This section does not limit any mandatory consumer rights or mandatory venue rights that apply under your local law. Where mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction cannot be waived, those laws apply notwithstanding this section.

30Miscellaneous

Force Majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control (including internet or hosting failures, exchange outages, changes to APIs, DDoS, acts of God, war, or government actions).

Entire Agreement. These Terms, the accompanying documents listed above, and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Algonney regarding the Platform.

Severability. If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect; a valid provision reflecting the intent will be substituted.

No Waiver. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign to an affiliate or in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

Notices. We may provide notices by posting on the Platform or emailing the email address associated with your account. Notices are deemed received when sent to your account email, displayed in-app, or posted to the legal page of the Platform, whichever occurs first.

No Agency. Nothing creates a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship.

31Dormant and Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for an extended period may be classified as dormant. We may restrict features, disable active bots, pause rewards accrual, or require re-verification before reactivating dormant accounts. Balances and rewards in dormant accounts remain subject to these Terms but may be subject to administrative review before withdrawal. This clause is subject to applicable law regarding unclaimed property and escheatment.

32Account Deletion

You may request account deletion. However, deletion may be delayed or refused where necessary for: open positions or trades, unresolved balances or debts, pending rewards review, active disputes or chargebacks, security or fraud investigations, legal or regulatory holds, AML or sanctions obligations, tax or accounting record requirements, or ongoing legal proceedings. We will process deletion once all outstanding obligations are resolved.

33Minors

If we discover that a minor under 18 has accessed the Platform, the account may be terminated immediately. Balances, rewards, and credits may be withheld or returned to the extent permitted by law. We may require guardian verification before any action on the account.
