Referral, Affiliate & Reward Terms

Participation may require a verified account, active subscription, or other criteria. We may change eligibility requirements at any time.

Users may invite others via referral links or codes. The referred user must complete qualifying actions for a reward to be considered.

Rewards may be tied to dynamic missions or milestones. Mission criteria, evaluation periods, and reward amounts are set by Algonney and may change.

Rewards are conditional, subject to review, and follow a grant → hold → review → approve/reject → settle/burn lifecycle. No reward is earned until approved and settled.

Rewards may be delayed, rejected, reversed, burned, or clawed back for fraud, self-referrals, fake accounts, duplicate accounts, chargebacks, cancelled subscriptions, prohibited traffic, misleading promotions, or violation of campaign rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• •Self-referrals or referring yourself using alternate accounts
• •Creating fake or fraudulent accounts to generate referral rewards
• •Reward farming or exploiting program mechanics for unearned rewards
• •Incentivized signups (paying or offering compensation to others to sign up using your referral link)
• •Misleading promotions, false claims, or deceptive marketing of referral programs
• •Using prohibited traffic sources, including spam, unsolicited email, or paid advertising on brand keywords
• •Any manipulation or attempted manipulation of the referral or reward system

You are responsible for reporting and paying taxes on any rewards earned. Algonney does not provide tax advice.

We may modify, suspend, or terminate any referral or reward program at any time without prior notice.
