This Conflicts of Interest Disclosure explains situations where Algonney's interests, or those of other users, could conflict with yours, and the measures we take to identify, manage, and disclose them. It supplements, and is incorporated by reference into, our Terms of Use. Algonney is software, not a broker, exchange, custodian, or investment adviser, and does not provide personalized investment advice.
Algonney may publish its own bots, strategy templates, indicators, and presets alongside content created by other users. Platform-provided content is offered for informational and convenience purposes only and is not a recommendation or guarantee of performance. We do not trade against you, do not take the other side of your orders, and do not custody your exchange assets — orders execute on your own connected exchange accounts under your configuration.
The Strategy Marketplace lets users share, discover, copy, and in some cases monetize strategies and bot templates. Algonney may earn fees from marketplace activity and may rank, feature, or promote content. Ranking, featuring, or promotion does not imply endorsement, suitability, or a guarantee of results. Creators are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and truthfulness of their claims, metrics, and descriptions. We may review, rank, delist, restrict, or remove content at our discretion.
We operate referral, affiliate, and influencer programs that pay commissions or rewards for bringing new users to the Platform. Affiliates and influencers have a financial incentive to promote Algonney and may not present balanced views. Affiliate and influencer content is not Algonney's advice, is subject to our marketing rules (no guaranteed-profit claims, no fabricated results, mandatory risk disclosures), and is governed by the Referral, Affiliate & Reward Terms.
Algonney organizes competitive trading tournaments that may carry entry requirements and prizes. As organizer, Algonney sets and may amend the rules, scoring, eligibility, and prize structures, and administers disqualification and prize settlement. Prizes are provisional until settled and may be adjusted, withheld, or clawed back for integrity violations. Tournaments are governed by the Tournament Rules.
Algonney earns revenue from subscription plans and from tokens or credits consumed by compute-intensive features such as backtesting and strategy optimization ("Strategy Boost"). We have an incentive to encourage usage of paid features. Pricing, quotas, and feature gating are described at the point of action and in the Subscription & Billing Policy. Optimized or boosted results may be curve-fit and are not predictive of live performance.
We integrate with third-party exchanges (such as Binance, Bybit, and OKX) and service providers (including data, payment, identity-verification, and AI model providers). Such relationships may involve commercial arrangements. We do not control these third parties and do not warrant their services. Any third-party signals or content are used at your own risk.
We seek to manage conflicts through measures including:
