Acceptable Use Policy

This policy describes prohibited activities when using the Platform. It supplements the Terms of Use.

1Unlawful Activity

You may not use Algonney for any unlawful purpose, sanctions evasion, money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, market manipulation (wash trading, spoofing), front-running, or violating exchange terms.

2Fraud and Abuse

No fake accounts, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, reward farming, promo abuse, wallet cycling, or use of stolen credentials or payment methods.

3Technical Abuse

No unauthorized access, probing, disrupting the Platform, circumventing security or rate limits, reverse engineering, misuse of APIs, bot scraping, CAPTCHA bypass, credential stuffing, or reselling access without written consent.

4Market Manipulation

No wash trading, spoofing, layering, pump-and-dump, or any other manipulative trading activity through the Platform.

5Sanctions

You may not use the Platform if you are a Sanctioned Person, located in a restricted jurisdiction, or using the Platform to evade sanctions. See Section 5 of the Terms of Use.

6Intellectual Property

No infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights through any Platform feature.

7Content

You must not submit unlawful, abusive, malicious, infringing, or harmful content through any Platform feature including support, strategies, marketplace, chat, webhooks, or uploads.

8Account Sharing

No sharing accounts, credentials, or API keys with unauthorized parties.

9Enforcement

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access for violations. We may also report violations to relevant authorities, payment processors, or exchanges.
