Subscription & Refund Policy

This policy governs paid plans, trials, subscriptions, token/credit purchases, and refund terms.

Features, limits, quotas, supported exchanges, symbols, data ranges, bot counts, order limits, backtest ranges, tournament access, custom strategies, and support levels may vary by plan and may change over time.

Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice. We reserve the right to adjust pricing. Changes apply to the next billing cycle.

Plans bill at the interval selected at checkout (monthly, yearly, or other). The renewal date is shown at checkout and in account settings.

Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. By purchasing a recurring plan, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and renewal amounts until cancellation.

Cancellation is available through the account interface or another method we identify. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges unless required by law or expressly stated.

If a payment fails, we may retry, suspend access, downgrade, or notify you. Continued access after a failed payment is not guaranteed.

When upgrading, prorated charges may apply. When downgrading, the new plan takes effect at the next renewal date. No partial-month refunds for downgrades unless required by law.

Trials convert to paid plans at the end of the trial period unless cancelled. Trial terms are shown at signup.

Promotional pricing and credits are subject to terms stated at the time of offer. We may modify or end promotions at any time.

Tokens, credits, and vouchers purchased on the Platform are governed by the Terms of Use. They are non-refundable except where required by law.

Taxes, where applicable, are your responsibility and may be added to the charge.

Except where required by law or expressly stated, all fees are non-refundable. This includes subscription fees, token purchases, and trading losses. Where refunds are issued, they will be credited to the original payment method.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support first. We may suspend access for unresolved payment failures, abusive disputes, or fraudulent chargebacks. We will not treat a good-faith billing dispute as fraud solely because you contacted your payment provider.
