Wallet terms
These terms explain how your Algonney wallet works. They are part of the Terms of Service. The Service is run by the operator of algonney.com ("we", "us"). The values in the table below are read from the platform's live settings, so they always show the rules in force.
What the wallet is
Your wallet holds a USDT balance that you can use to pay for plans and platform tokens, and that receives referral rewards paid in USDT. It is a payment balance for the Service. It is not a bank account, an exchange account or an investment product, it earns no interest, and it is never used for trading: your bots trade only with the funds in your own exchange account.
Crypto payments, deposit addresses and withdrawals are processed by Algonney Pay, our payment service.
Deposits
- Deposits are accepted in: USDT · BSC.
- Your account has its own deposit address, shown in the Wallet. It stays the same for later deposits.
- A deposit is credited after the payment service confirms it on the blockchain.
- Send only the asset and network shown for your address. A deposit of another asset, on another network, or to a wrong address may not be credited and may be lost. Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed by us.
- A deposit that cannot be matched to your account automatically is reviewed by our team.
What the balance pays for
- plans and plan changes, including automatic renewals (see the Subscription policy);
- token packs and custom token amounts;
- referral rewards paid in USDT are added to it (see the Referral terms).
Withdrawals
You can withdraw your USDT balance to an external address under these rules:
- Saved addresses only. You first save the withdrawal address in the Wallet, which needs your two-factor code. A new address can be used only after a cooldown of 1 hour.
- Two confirmations. A withdrawal request needs your two-factor code, then the link we send to your email address. The link works for 30 minutes; if it is not used in time, the withdrawal is canceled and the money stays in your wallet.
- Security lock. After a change of your password, two-factor setup or email address, withdrawals are locked for 24 hours.
- Limits. Each withdrawal has a minimum and a maximum amount, and there is a limit on the total you can withdraw in any rolling day.
- Review. A withdrawal above a set amount waits for approval by our team. We may also hold, reject or cancel a withdrawal that looks unsafe, that breaks these terms, or while a platform-wide withdrawal limit is reached. A rejected or canceled withdrawal returns the money to your wallet.
- Fees. Our own withdrawal fee, if any, is shown before you confirm. The network fee of the payment service is deducted by the payment service.
The limits, fees and times in force now:
| Rule | Value |
|---|---|
| Deposit and withdrawal assets | USDT · BSC |
| Smallest withdrawal per asset | USDT · BSC: 1 USDT |
| Largest withdrawal | 5,000 USDT |
| Withdrawal limit per 24 hours | 10,000 USDT |
| Withdrawal fee (fixed) | 0 USDT |
| Withdrawal fee (percent) | 0% |
| Email confirm link lifetime | 30 minutes |
| New address cooldown | 1 hour |
| Withdrawal lock after security changes | 24 hours |
Your responsibilities
- Check every address and network before you save or confirm it. A withdrawal sent to a wrong address, or to an address that does not support the network, cannot be recovered.
- Keep your email account and two-factor codes secure: they protect your withdrawals.
- You are responsible for any taxes on deposits, withdrawals and rewards.
- Use the wallet only with funds you are entitled to use, and never to move money for other people. See the Acceptable use policy.
Account deletion
Your account can be deleted only when its wallet balance is zero and no deposit is pending. Withdraw your balance first. See the Privacy policy for the deletion steps.
Interruptions
Deposits and withdrawals depend on the payment service and the blockchain network. They can be delayed by network congestion, maintenance or security reviews. In a security incident we may pause withdrawals for all or some users until it is safe.
Changes
We may change these terms, the supported assets and networks, limits and fees. Changes are announced in the app; the table above always shows the current values.
