Subscription policy
This policy explains how plans and platform tokens work on Algonney: buying, renewing, changing and ending a plan, and buying and spending tokens. It is part of the Terms of Service. The Service is run by the operator of algonney.com ("we", "us"). The values in the tables below are read from the platform's live settings, so they always show the rules in force.
Plans
Every account has a plan. The free plan is the default, and paid plans add higher limits and monthly platform tokens. Prices are in USDT for each billing period:

The same comparison, with token packs, is on Plans and pricing.
Paying for a plan
- You pay from your Algonney wallet's USDT balance, or with a crypto payment invoice. An invoice is valid for the limited time shown on it; a payment that arrives after that is reviewed.
- The price is shown before you pay, after any discount and credit.
- A promo code and a referral discount never apply together: the larger one is used.
- The plan starts when the payment is confirmed.
Upgrades
An upgrade starts at once with a new full period of the new plan. The unused part of your current paid period is credited against the new price, to the millisecond. If the credit is larger than the new price, the rest becomes extra days. A plan change that costs something always costs at least 1 USDT.
Downgrades
A downgrade takes effect at the end of the paid period. Until then you keep your current plan and its limits.
Renewal
- With auto-renew on, the renewal is tried 1 day before the period ends, from your wallet balance. The wallet is charged only when the renewal succeeds; nothing is held before.
- A renewal is charged at the plan's current price, not the price you paid before.
- You get a reminder 7 days, 3 days, 1 day before a paid period ends.
- If the renewal cannot be paid, the plan stays active for a grace period of 3 days, and the renewal is tried again meanwhile.
- You can turn auto-renew on or off in Plans & billing at any time.
- Gift and invite plans do not renew automatically.
When a plan ends
When a paid plan ends and is not renewed, your account moves to the free plan and its limits apply from then on.
- Live bots above the free plan's limit: no new entries (positions keep their stop loss and take profit).
- Open positions are never closed because a plan ended. They keep their stop loss and take profit on the exchange.
- Plan tokens you have not used end with the plan. Purchased and bonus tokens are not affected.
- Your strategies, results and history stay in your account, within the data retention limits of the plan you are on.
The current rules in one table:
| Rule | Value |
|---|---|
| Renew ahead of the period end | 1 day |
| Plan ending reminders (days before) | 7 days, 3 days, 1 day |
| Renewal grace period | 3 days |
| Upgrades start a new period now | Yes |
| Downgrade timing | at the end of the paid period |
| Live bots when a plan ends | no new entries (positions keep their stop loss and take profit) |
| Plan token cycle | 30 days |
| Smallest plan change charge | 1 USDT |
Platform tokens
Platform tokens pay for Jarvis chat messages and backtests. You see an estimate before every paid action, and your usage history in the app.
- Plan tokens: paid plans grant their monthly platform tokens once every 30 days of the plan period.
- Purchased tokens: bought as token packs or as a custom amount, paid from your wallet or with an invoice. They keep their own expiry, separate from your plan.
- Bonus tokens: tokens granted as a bonus, such as a grant from us or a referral reward paid in tokens. They have their own expiry.
- Tokens are spent in this order: plan tokens, bonus tokens, purchased tokens.
- Tokens have no cash value. They cannot be withdrawn, sold or moved to another account, and unused tokens are lost when your account is deleted.
| Rule | Value |
|---|---|
| Tokens per 1 USDT (token price) | 200 tokens |
| Purchased tokens expire after | 365 days |
| Bonus tokens expire after | 30 days |
| Token spend order | plan tokens, bonus tokens, purchased tokens |
| Smallest custom purchase | 1 USDT |
| Largest custom purchase | 10,000 USDT |
The packs on sale now:
Any amount from 1 USDT: 200 platform tokens per USDT.
| Platform tokens | Bonus | Price |
|---|---|---|
| 26,000 | 30 % | 100 USDT |
| 11,000 | 10 % | 50 USDT |
| 4,000 | 0 % | 20 USDT |
Refunds
Payments for plans and platform tokens are final and are not refunded, except where the law that applies to you requires a refund. USDT that is still in your wallet is not a payment and can be withdrawn under the Wallet terms.
Changes to prices and plans
We may change prices, plans and their limits. A change to the price of your plan applies from your next renewal. Changes are announced in the app.
