This policy sets out how you may use Algonney and what is not allowed. It is part of the Terms of Service. The Service is run by the operator of algonney.com ("we", "us").
What you may do
- Build, test and run trading strategies for your own trading, on exchange accounts you own or are authorised to use.
- Use Jarvis, the AI assistant, and the support helper for questions about your strategies, your bots, your account and the platform.
- Share backtest results by link, and share your referral link under the Referral terms.
- Read and link to the public site and the guides.
You are responsible for the law where you live
Crypto trading, automated trading and the use of services like this one are regulated differently in different countries. You are responsible for checking that your use of the Service, your trading and your payments are allowed where you live, and for any taxes on them.

What we may do
If we believe this policy has been broken, we may, depending on how serious it is:
- warn you;
- refuse or reverse an action, such as a referral reward or a promo code;
- limit features, plan benefits or withdrawals while we review;
- stop your bots, end your sessions and suspend your account;
- close your account;
- report illegal activity to the authorities where the law requires or allows it.
Where the law requires notice, we give it. You can contact us if you think we made a mistake.
Reporting
To report abuse or a breach of this policy, contact support@algonney.com or use Support in the app. Please report security problems the same way and give us time to fix them before you tell anyone else. How we protect accounts and keys is described on Security.
Changes
We may change this policy. We announce material changes in the app before they take effect. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
