System status

This page shows whether the platform is working right now: the app, its database and the market data stream of each supported exchange, each marked up or degraded.

What the states mean

• Up: the part works normally.
• Degraded: the part is slow, or it lost its connection for a while. Bots do not open new trades while their market data is stale, and their stop loss orders stay on the exchange.

How it is measured

The status comes from the platform's own health checks and is refreshed about every minute. It shows no internal details. A problem on the exchange side shows as a degraded market data stream for that exchange.

What it does not show

Your own bots, positions and exchange account are shown in the app, not here. If something looks wrong for you while every part is up, open a support ticket from the app and the support team will look into it.
