Referral terms

These terms govern the Algonney referral program. They are part of the Terms of Service. The program is run by the operator of algonney.com ("we", "us"). The values in the table below are read from the platform's live settings, so they always show the rules in force.

Your link and code

Every account has its own referral code and link, shown on the Referral page of the app. Some campaigns use special codes of their own. You may share your link and code wherever sharing is lawful and allowed, but not in a way that is misleading, that looks like an official Algonney message, or that is spam.

How a referral is counted

• A person counts as your referral when they create a new account with your code: by typing it at sign-up, by signing up from your link, or by signing up within 30 days after opening your link in the same browser.
• Remembering the link in the browser uses a marketing cookie, which is set only if the visitor accepts it (see the Cookie policy). Without it, the referral counts only when they sign up straight from the link or type the code.
• Sign-ups count; clicks do not. An existing account cannot become a referral.

Rewards

• You earn a reward when a person you referred pays for the Service in real USDT: their first plan payment, and, where the program's terms include them, later plan payments and token purchases. Discounts, credit and free plans do not count.
• Rewards are paid as USDT to your wallet.
• A new reward is held for a period first, then becomes available. While it is held it can be reversed.
• The total rewards one person can earn are capped at 1,000 USDT. Rewards above the cap are not paid.
• Missions may offer extra rewards for reaching targets within a mission's dates. They add to the normal rewards and follow the same rules.
• Some partners have their own reward terms agreed with us. A referral keeps the terms of the code it signed up with while those terms are active.
• You are told about each reward in the app. In these notices the referred person's email address is masked.

The discount for people you invite

A person who signs up with your code gets a discount on paid plans for 30 days after sign-up. The percent depends on the program's or the partner's terms and is shown on the plan cards before payment. A referral discount and a promo code never apply together: the larger one is used.

Reviews, reversals and abuse

To keep the program fair, sign-ups and rewards are checked:

• A referral from a device you have used is blocked and earns nothing.
• A referral from the IP address you signed up or recently signed in from, or one paid from an address linked to you, is put on review. It earns nothing until our team approves it. The person you invited may still get their discount meanwhile.
• A reward can be reversed if the payment behind it is reversed or found to be fraudulent.
• Rewards are never paid to a deleted account. A held reward of a deleted account is not paid out.
• Larger rewards may wait for a review by our team.

The following are not allowed and can lead to blocked referrals, reversed rewards and the closing of the accounts involved: referring yourself or your own other accounts, creating accounts to collect rewards or discounts, paying for someone else's plan to create a reward, offering cash back or other incentives that we have not approved, and any other attempt to earn rewards without bringing real new users. Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes on rewards you receive.

Changes and ending the program

We may change the program, its rewards, its values or these terms, or end the program. Changes are announced in the app; the table above always shows the current values.
